We keep this simple: we only collect what we need to deliver your order.
What we collect
When you place an order, you give us your name, mobile number and delivery address. We use them only to confirm and deliver your order, and to contact you about it on WhatsApp.
Saved on your device
To save you retyping, your delivery details are remembered on your own device. Your cart, favorites and recently viewed items are also kept on your device only, we don't create accounts.
Our order records
When you tap “Buy now” or send your cart, we keep a record of the order (your details and the items) so we can process it. We don't sell or share your information with anyone else.
Orders are sent to us through WhatsApp, which has its own privacy terms that apply to messages you send there.
